Primary 7b

The P7 classes are looking at their rights and responsibilities under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.  P7b created an agreement of appropriate behaviour for the class under three rights:

The Right to Learn

The Right to Be Safe

The Right to Respect

They then displayed these rights in the form of The Declaration of Arbroath and affixed their seal of agreement.

P7b looked at their UNCRC rights as a supermarket.   We each are entitled to all of the rights, we can't pick and choose the ones which suit best!
Thinking about the Curriculum for Excellence capacity of Successful Learners P7b conducted tests to establish their learning styles.  Most people were kinaesthetic learners, some were visual and one was auditory.
Thinking about the Curriculum for Excellence capacity of Confident Individuals P7b shared all of the activities, clubs and groups to whcih they belonged and explained how they boost condifence and self esteem.
